Hi all,

New to this and finding a great way to keep track of nutrient levels and exercise and calorie intake and as a fructose malapsorbant person, that's been extremely difficult, especially trying to lose weight at the same time. If anyone has any advice for this dietary nightmare, or just wants to chat, feel free. Happy journey to you all. :) K.
