well this will be my fist time counting calories, better yet, counting anything that I eat. I hope this will help me lose those "baby pounds" I gained and never lost with my 2 kids. thats right I'm still blaming my weight my my first daughter....from 6 yrs. ago. I'm a mom of 2 daughters. I have a wonderful boyfriend of 4 years that supports me in anything that I want to do.

YOU have to be committed. Rely only on yourself and stay strong! If you slip up and eat too much one day, then take it as a learning experience and get back on track the next day. It does not mean you failed. And remember to always keep your eye on the end product which is a happier, healthy and skinnier life!!0
