    As of my first post I'm not sure what has happenned. My weight is now up to 161 pounds! :( Diet has stayed the same and so has activity level. Stress and lack of sleep may be the culprit, but I'm also wondering if it has to do with the synthroid I've been taking since November for an underactive thyroid. I'm determined though despite this setback. We just purchased an elliptical trainer and I've been logging an average of 45 minutes a day. My goal is to work up to an hour.
