DOES ANYONE UNDERSTAND THE HOW THE CALORIES WORKOUT ON THIS

Hi all,
I was wondering how the calorie counter works for this program? I have a feeling that if i eat all the extra calories the program recommends after each workout, than I won't lose weight? I am new to this site so if your have any helpful words feel free to let me know lol

Welcome!
The site is designed to give you a 500 calorie deficit per day, equal to 3500 cals per week = 1 lb loss per week. It will be a little different if you chose a different loss goal, but that's the basic idea. Even if you add in exercise, the site will also add calories, keeping you at a 500 calorie deficit.
