    I think in order to maximize calories burnt, try to have your next 'session' on a treadmill....lol

    I did once find a good site that listed all kinds of everyday 'exercises' (like gardening, mowing the lawn, hoovering etc) and it did list how many cals would be burned by sex... however, I don't have the link any more. Just googled it and one site said 170 cals per hour.

    Lol people always ask this, surely sex can be left out of the exercise regime, purely for fun. It would be damn hard to calculate calories, as im sure there are rather varied energy levels used. If you want to count it that bad, you may have to use a heart rate monitor loool

    Only on MFP could a HRM be considered a sex toy!
