:flowerforyou: Glad you are back!
I wouldn't worry about losing weight quickly, I'd focus my efforts on being back and starting up again. I do understand about targets and goals, and I think the best way to reach them is to think long-term. Health and wellness come over the course of a lifetime and are not achieved in a weekend-warrior type of way. You may be surprised how much weight you lose just by continuing on the efforts.

hun, you can't 'catch up'. The time is lost. Just put it behind you and focus on the future. You are an inspiration with your loss so far and I'm sure you will continue in the way you always have. I dont even see any way you can improve on what you do. Sounds perfect to me apart from maybe you eat too little on exercise days?? But I know eating back exercise calories is large bone of contention here
Lovely to see you back :flowerforyou:0
