1/2 Cup oats
1 Scoop Vanilla protein powder
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp vanilla flavor
cinnamon

mix together, cook over medium heat- makes 2 five inch pancakes to jump start your day jam-packed with protein and carbs! Perfect an hour before a workout to give you longer lasting protein and carbs to fuel your energy needs! Top with blueberries and a little bit of all natural syrup. If you are wanting to trade out the syrup try a bit of peanut butter and top with bananas! Enjoy!
