Logging Exercise

Perhaps this is a silly question and I am just unaware how it works, but is there any way to quick add calories burned from exercise? There is a way to add food calories consumed without having to choose a specific food item, but I don't see that option for exercise.
Basically, I use a HRM when I exercise. It tells me how many calories I have burned. If I could just add that number to my exercise journal without having to choose a specific exercise (I do a combination of multiple things within one workout), that would be awesome!!
Any insight? Or am I completely missing something??

Go to the exercise tab, then my exercises and choose create exercise. You can then add the details from your HRM.0

Thank you! I knew there had to be a relatively easy way to do it!0
