TIA!

What are all the benefits of wheatgrass and flaxseed? I've been taking a shot of wheatgrass every morning just because I HEAR it's good for you. lol. I suppose I could google but I would like to see first hand what some of you have experienced from it. I also try to add a bit of flaxseed to my smoothies.. and I plan on making flax'n apple muffins in the future. Some recipe on the side of the box. What other foods can I add flax to?

*so far, from the flaxseed I've noticed more regular *ahem's* :laugh: and better looking skin*

Also -- What is the best butter alternative?

Guess that was more than 2 questions. *shrug* :ohwell:
