OK, here I am, needing to lose 90 pounds. My goal is 50 this year and 40 next year. I am 5'3 and weight 230. I often get down when the scale doesn't cooperate with my efforts but will make it a priority to come on this great site daily to get inspired. If I can lose 10 pounds, I know I will be in the game. Until then, I NEED SUPPORT. I did join a gym and go religiously 3 times a week. Starting next week, 4 times a week. And I now track ALL my food/drink intake on MFP. Best luck and lots of courage to all of you out there.
