Hi from Texas. I'm here because I'm underweight. I'm a new mom. I had no idea taking care of a new baby (now a 1 year old) would leave so little time to take care of myself. So I'm here for guidance to gain back a healthy weight and get some new nutrition habits --- so my goal is to have a healthier lifestyle and hopefully to be a little (no, a LOT) smarter.

    I hope your journey goes well. i am looking to gain weight as well so I can relate. what are high caloric foods that you are eating?
  • I just started yesterday, but baiscally I'm just trying to follow the food pyramid. I have a copy of an american medical assoc health cookbook as reference.

    But specifically, I wanted to try to get a good variety of protein, and I'm splitting up my caloric intake into 5 small meals a day. (All I have time for with a 1 year old!)
