I don't panic firstly! then try to exercise to earn calories back. Maybe eat something light for lunch and dinner like tuna salad.0

Work out like a crazy women and eat clean the rest of the day0

I go for the bowl of cereal for dinner. It can be tough some days! Some people say it is better to eat big in the early part of the day so your body has time to process it and use it up!0

Depends--if it's something I can work off, I'll try to do that. But sometimes I just let it go--that way my body doesn't get 'used' to operating on so few calories (I'm talking 500-1000 over, not like 10000, lol). I've found this to be pretty effective once a week--just like switching up an exercise routine.0

DON'T beat yourself up. Tomorrow is another day. Get back on track!:flowerforyou:0

It depends. I generally plan out my food early in the morning or even the night before. It helps keep me on track and means I don't have to think about my food during the day. But, sometimes things change. If I get off track early in the day I'll usually use that as one of my two days off for the week and just not worry about it.0

You have a lot of options. Sometimes if I'm not hungry I'll just skip the next meal. This actually helps me learn about NOT eating when I'm not hungry eventhough it is officially mealtime! But if you do this be sure to drink a lot of water. It keeps you feeling full and prevents you getting dehydrated which will make you feel awful. Sometimes I'll have just a Naked juice, that is just a couple hundred calories but gives me vit, minerals and energy for the next several hours. Also, I LOVE oatmeal with soymilk as a 180 calorie snack/meal. It really fills you up and easily gets you to your next meal. Big veggie salads are your best friend because they have very few calories except for the dressing and its easy to decide how much of that you can use. Even if you over eat early try to always leave yourself at least 1/3 of your daily calories to use the rest of the day...finally you can always excercise more and then have those calories to eat too! Hope this helps.0

I try and realign my diet, however, sometimes I just have these "off days" and I will overeat my calorie count. When I do that, I try and avoid binging or excessive eating at all costs!! Its hard sometimes when you think you screw up early in the day, to continue eating healthy. Its much easier to "excuse" the day, but its better not too because that leads to excusing multiple days a week and then falling of the diet wagon...0
