Hi! All I am new to MFP and I am so excited. It makes things soooo much easier to keep track off. My biggest issue is not eating enough and sweets. I have come to the conclusion Mochas are the devil. And I need to rebuke them. My goals are to get fit and healthy so that I can play Flag football in the spring, dance with my 15 daughter at her Sweet 16, and chase my little girls and keep up with my sons. I want to be around for a long time, I don't want to feel tired all the time, and I don't like feeling heavy. So "I NEED YOUR SUPPORT"! Thanks
