I have been struggling to develop a workout plan, one I know I would stick to and that could be done at home without having to pay for a gym membership. I found the a great website, Fit Click,
http://www.fitclick.com/workout_plans
It offers thousands of free workout plans to choose from.
Simply find one that suits you, there's walking plans, toning plans, Yoga Booty Ballet, I even found plans for my Total Gym....

bodybuilding.com also has a good workout database.
you can customize your search through the workout data base for how many days you would like to work-out, full body or split training , weight loss or muscle building etc. works good if your looking to switch things up - i like the site alot.
Only weight training programs so limited in other areas (cardio programs etc)0 -
Ooooh thank you! Having a look now xx0
