First day on here, have some pretty hard goals. I would like to lose about 80-90 lbs. Feel better about myself, and would like to change my lifestlye choices. Looking for some good motivation besides my boyfriend who joined today as well!!!!

    Hi! I've been working on this for about a week... my Mother-in-law has joined as well (just yesterday). My ultimate goal is about 65-70 pounds lighter. I started this as my mobile-phone app, but it has definitely been a great motivator, even on the days when I haven't stayed with my diet. Lots of good foods to eat without blowing it completely. Yesterday I had 2 Taco Bell Fresco burritos for dinner and was still 23 calories under my limit.
  • Thats great!!! I just downloaded the app on my phone as well. First day and in kind of a shock with how many calories are in the foods that i thought were healthy. i agree even though its the first day it has been a great motivator!!!! cant wait to see results!!!
