hi,

do you have to take in all your daily calories, what if you're just not that hungry today. if i short my calories by 315, will i stop losing wieght?
confused....thanks.

    It is important to make sure you eat no less than 1200 calories. More if you exercise.

    Yeah, you should really try to eat all your calories. If you aren't taking in enough calories throughout the day it can cause your body to think its "starving". (Your body doesn't understand that your just not that hungry:tongue: ) This will then cause your body to USE every bit of food you take in, and in the long run you may just end up gaining weight. I would suggest eating higher calorie foods such as a banana. That has 110 calories. Or have an extra potato at dinner, thats about 110. Or try something like a special k bar for a snack, that is 90 calories. with those three foods you would have just ate the calories you thought you couldn't eat for the day.
