Hi All, I'm Samantha and I've been on MFP for off and on a few months probably. I just recently started back because honestly, I need some support. I was working with a personal trainer but unfortunately that gets really pricey and I need to start doing things on my own. I still go to the gym religiously but that isn't where my fault lies. It's with the food I eat. At first working out was the hard part, but now it's the opposite. I'm so tired of feeling awful about myself and the way I look. I'm motivated that this is my time to do some changing.

logging in every day has really helped me enormously, before i wouldn't think twice about going to the cupboard for rubbish , now i eat 3 meals a day with occasional snacks, usually a handful of fruit and nuts or some fruit , 10 days on and imy clothes are fitting so much better especially my jeans ( far less tummy hanging over the top for starters lol )0
