I'm making out my meal plan for P90X to start Monday. Any suggestions?

    All of the recipes are really good. Our favorite is the Island Pork Tenderloin. Its so yummy! Just be sure to follow the guide as far as portion size and what not and you'll be fine. Let me know how you like P90X...we've done 2 rounds and absolutely LOVE it! :smile:

    just make sure you are eating healthy foods and consuming enough calories =) i love love love p90x!! good luck!!

    I suggest changing your ratios in MFP to fit the ratios in the front of the nutrition guide. Start with the Fat Burner ratios and then you can readjust as you feel your energy bonking during the workouts later in the first phase. It will be a lot of protein, but it is necessary right now. I suggest chicken breasts, greek yogurt, ground turkey, lots of veggies (think stir fries!), some fresh fruit, and oatmeal or quinoa for a carb that has a good amount of protein as well.
