Found this on Eating Well. com.
1. Begin with 1 cup (8 ounces) of freshly brewed Salada Green tea.
(I'm sure any brand will work!)
2. In a large pot, combine tea with one 14-ounce can of chicken or vegetable broth, one 11.5-ounce can of tomato juice and one 14.5-ounce can of diced tomatoes.
3. Next, add in one large diced potato, two sliced carrots, two stalks of diced celery, one cup of fresh chopped green beans and one cup of corn.
4. Season with salt, pepper, and Creole seasoning (optional).
5. Bring the contents to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
6. Dish the soup into serving bowls and enjoy
