    Hi. I'm Tricia. Today is my first day too! I'm not doing well, as the turkey burger I ate at Ruby Tuesday's today was over 1,200 calories! Yikes. I would have never guessed it was that high in calories. I love this sites food journal and the way it calculates your calories. So far, I really like this site in general and hope it helps me.
