I am new here yet not new to dieting. I have been overweight most of my life but hopefully this site will prove to be what i need. I stumbled across this place by accident when I got my new Droid phone.

Heres a little bout me, I am 29, mother of four very active boys. I want to lost weight because I am sick of not being able to play with my boys and I am sick of feeling like crap all the time. Any help i can get from anyone would be awesome!! I am almost 300 lbs and 5'9". My goal is to get to 200 by my fiances birthday in November, thats a little over 2 lbs a week.

    The biggest thing I can say is to not give up, it's going to be hard,and you are going to fail, you just need to pick yourself back up and keep moving. I started this journey at 297lbs and have struggled the last 9 months with new diganosis of Hypothyrodism and PCOS... So I know it's tuff! .. but you can do it! My lowest weight this last year was 265 ... and now I am climbing to get back down to that weight and lower!

    Start small and aim big!
