Cold Weather Question

I'm a runner. I hate treadmills. However, it currently "feels" like 9 degrees out. Tomorrow is supposed to be -20 to -30 with the wind so I have no choice but to hit the mill then, but am I being too stubborn going out in single digit weather? My run tonight will be just under 50 minutes. I feel wimpy and lazy staying inside, but this is the first winter I've ever really run consistently outside and I'm not sure on what is considered "safe". Thanks for any input! :drinker:
