Hello,
I found out about this website from a Dr Oz fan that she posted on Facebook. I just joined yesterday and hoping this will help me better track of my intake of calories. I usually eat pretty healthy but I get my moments, however, I never knew how many calories I was taking per day.

I love this website that I enter the brand of food I'm eating and it's in the system. AWESOME!!!. Well I'm on a mission to lose 30 lbs at the recommended 1 lbs per week.

I've tried so many diets in the past, which worked, however, I gained the weight back. I'm going to try the healthy and normal way to lose weight, this time around. Good luck to everyone who is doing the same and wish me luck as well.
