Stuck!

I've lost 20 lbs. since joining the website in late December...which I am very happy about, BUT I'd like to lose 20 more. I'm all for going slow so that I'm successful ONCE AND FOR ALL with my weight, but feel like I'm stuck. Any suggestions to take some weight off? Jump start it so to speak.

    redo your goals, maybe you need to change up how many calories you are eating...
    also make sure you get in all ya water intake..
    and make sure you eat all your exercise calories, at least majority.

    Up your exercise? Even if you eat your exercise calories, this will get you healthy, help keep things "moving" through your body, and increase your metabolism.

    You could lower your caloric intake as well to increase your daily deficit--provided you don't go below 1200 a day!!!
