Hey there, I am new to myfitnesspal and so far it is simple. My issue has always been boredom. When I get bored I switch gears. I am hoping to keep up with this....the whole free part is awesome too so I will really try to not get too distracted. I am wondering if there is some way I can get this website to pop-up on my screen every day or throughout the day so I don't get the "out of sight, out of mind" thing going.

Anyone know if there are example recipes and menus on the site?
