I heard from Kevin Trudeau that using a rebounder (especially those of us who are obese) is good at first before getting into other types of exercise. Does anyone use one or better yet, know a great way to get one without investing too much?

Here's a good article on the benefits of using a rebounder. http://www.healingdaily.com/exercise/rebounding-for-detoxification-and-health.htm
Here's a calorie counter so you can see how many calories you burn using it. http://www.self.com/calculatorsprograms/calculators/caloriesburned/jumping_trampoline
I love mine, it's nice to just bounce when you don't feel like getting real physical and you can do it while watching tv, so time passes by fast. I bought the 36" Circuit Trainer Mini Trampoline by Gold's Gym at Walmart , the manual says the weight limit is 250 lbs. It comes with a timer, calorie counter and jump counter, which I felt was inaccurate to start with and within a week it quit working all together. It comes with a DVD, but I have yet to watch that. Have fun jumping:)0
