Hi All,

I'm new to MFP, thought I would give it a go to keep track of what I am eating and for encouragment from others! Enjoying it so far, its great to know there are other people seeing what you are doing and what they are doing.....great incentive.

    I am new to MFP as well. Am starting Diet chef today and am using MFP to keep a track of calories had during day. I agree that it's a great incentive that others can see how your doing but also how others are getting on as well.

  • Hello everyone!

    A friend of mine introduced me to this site.....I love it. It is making me be accountable for everything that I eat or drink, that's what I needed. Who would have thought that coffee every morning had so many calories, not me, that's for sure and would sometimes have two a day. I started on here 2 weeks ago and have lost 2.5 pounds so far, not sure about how many inches as I had no one to measure me, however, all my clothes are getting baggy. I am the sole caretaker of my Mother who had a stroke 2 years ago, she can't walk anymore and can barely feed herself, then my Dad and older sister were bothe diagnosed with Diabetes and I made the decision it was time to take care of me.
