I hit a plateau after losing 18lbs over 3 weeks (partly due to a seriously bad case of the flu) stopped losing weight . Couldn't understand why at first. Then I looked at my fitness goals and entered my new weight and recalculated to find that my calorie intake had dropped from 1680 to 1410 calories per day. That was probably the reason why. I've now adjusted and look forward to next weeks weigh-in. :-)
