i'm not looking to lose a whole lot - 10 to 15 lbs... i'm at a "normal" weight but that's been a problem for me since i was young... i've lost 10 of the 25 pounds i gained between Aug 2008 and Sept 2010... i found the app for this website on my new phone and i'm hoping that by tracking what i eat and eventually exercising, maybe i'll be able to lose the rest of my weight...
