HELLO MY NAME IS RAYMOND .I WANTED TO GET IN SHAPE SO I DECIDED TO START WORKING OUT. I'M KINDA NEW TO THE WHOLE COUNTING CARBS CALORIES ETC....     Honestly, I don't really COUNT them. I just have a good idea of around what I should eat and then log it all at night. Sometimes I'm under....sometimes I'm over, but by having to look at how my food choices affect the numbers...I now make much better choices. I think if you focus too much on the numbers then it just becomes tedious. And you want to keep motivated. :)
