    I don't eat my calories back. I talked to my doctor and exercise therapist about what I read on here about it a couple of years ago when I started on this journey. They both tell me to stay with my 1500 calories, no lower then 1200 no matter what I do for exercise. But that is what works for me. Everyone's body is different so it is definately something that you will need to play around with to see what works for you. I just know what rules my doctors have set up and as long as I follow them then I am good to go.
