I am 36 years old and I will win this war. I have battled with my weight since my teens. Yo-yoing up and down with my weight. This is the heaviest I have ever been. Last week I was hit with a ton of bricks. I am now on 5 different medicines mainly because of weight. It is time I change my eating habits. Scared of what might come I MUST do this for me.

Good time to take control... The longer you wait, the harder these changes can be for our bodies and medicines to adapt to! Biggest help... small steps. Ya, the biggest loser concept is great, but lets face it, if you could go at 100% intensity all the time and for the long haul, you wouldn't be at this point... I was a yoyo forever too, but every few weeks I made a new change, meanwhile maintaining my prior changes. I haven't felt as "deprived" as I had in the past, and I've seen more results and been less stressed out about it than ever before. This site has been awesome!!0
