Hi all! I am so happy to have discovered this great website and community. I have started my own "6 week slim down" and this site is so helpful. I started June 1st with eating less and moving more. It is very encouraging to read your posts and see your successes and challenges!

Here we go!!! :flowerforyou: My friend asked me to join this with her hoping if we do it together we will do better. I only wish we had more options for entering food. Like a half cup sometimes and not alwasy a whole cup.

Hi HBKheather and Amross,
I have found that if you change the serving size it will work. For example, when it comes up : 1.0 servings of 1 cup, just change the 1.0 servings to .50 servings that will calculate 1/2 cup for you. I too am really learning how the site works and having alot of fun with it!! It really keeps me on track, I have never kept such good track of my calories and it motivates me to eat less, knowing I have to enter it into my food journel. I am trying to eat around 1475 calories/day. How about you guys??0
