Hey guys, I wanted to start this because I am a dancer and I put on weight when I stopped dancing due to a back injury. I have started mild dancing again, going once a week to start with. Obviously the amount of exercise I can do is limited due to my back injury, I don't do P.E at school and aren't allowed to do contact sport or anything impacting like running.
I am in the ideal BMI range but I feel really chubby, so I want to feel toned and skinny again, Does anyone have any tips? I do some exercise, I walk to school and home again which is twenty minutes each way and I do dancing on friday nights.
Hope I achieve this
Sarah xx

Swimming would be great for you if you can find an indoor pool to use.0

Google 'exercises for back injuries' there'd be heaps of stuff. try pilates for toning, it was originally created for athletes who had injuries.0
