Australia says hello. Just new to this site...going to attempt to ditch all my flab. Hard to do,but first step is knowing you need to lose weight. Good luck to all.

    I am starting over before Christmas I was able to loose 12 lbs with the help of my fitnesspal. Got a touch of the flu then the holidays and I just put it all back on. Started again yesterday, just gonna take it one day at a time, but this site is great. Good luck to all.
