Tracking 30 Day Shred

Good morning everybody! I am currently on day 7 of Jillian Michael's 30 day shred DVD. But i'm not sure how to track it in my exercise journal. Does anyone know how I can do this accurately?

    When i did it i asked someone of a similar height and weight to me what they burned...im 5'7 and 150 pounds..i burn around 200.... and other friends of mine who were a different height and weight also burned around this much ...but the most accurate way would be with a HRM. enjoy shredding!

    Circuit training, general seems to be the consensus. I have an HRM so I was able to create the exercise and name it.
