Has anyone tried on are on the Jillian Micheals eating plan and exercise plan on her website? I would like to know what it's about and if it's worth the money? It was $5 a week, billed every 13 weeks but if you fill out all the information and don't sign up, they will send you an email a couple days later for 30% off that price @ $3.49 a week to get you to join. Any information on her website plan would be greatly appreciate. I could use some extra motivation, going into week 9 and getting a bit slacky. Thanks so much.

I got 30 days free when I bought one of here DVD's. I found the diet to be very complicated. I've heard others say good and bad things about it. If you can get a free trial somehow I think that would be best. The workouts are good, but I enjoy just putting in a DVD and doing what she tells me to do. As I write all of this out it sounds incredibly lazy, but I guess maybe I am? My body is busy, I don't want to have to think about all of this too much! :blushing:0

I also got a free 30 day trial with one of the dvds. I found the diet VERY hard to do with a family of 7, some of the food I had never even heard of let alone would actually eat. The workouts were VERY hard for me, and I lost interest within the first week.0

Hi,
I did the 30 day trial as well and then continued it to give it a chance. My struggle was I was soo used to the point system with Weight watchers and on her plan they encourage you to eat a ton more than I should but they also expect that you are excersising 4 hours a day which, I'm sorry dont have 4 hours every day to dedicate to working out. I am lucky if I get one or two hours. So I didnt find it very helpful. I rejoined Weight watchers and loved it till they changed it again. I feel like I have lost more from useing Myfitness pal! I did like some of the recipe's on JM but it got old and they never changed the options.
Hope that helps.0 -
I use all her DVD's but find just tracking my food and staying within my calories is easier than following her meal plan. That way I still get to eat what my family is eating but just smaller portions etc... I love her dvd and the 30 day shred works.... i have her pilates/yoga one now and you really work up a good sweat.. otherwise I hit the gym 4 times a week to train for my 10k ..... I only use her for supplemental workouts.....0

Well, thank you all for your input. I probally won't be joining. I was just very curious as to what it was like. I don't need complicated either or am I able to work out 3-4 hours a day, not for me. Thanks again.0
