New to Fitness Pal!!! :)

Hey everyone! I am in desperate need of motivation and encouragement. I am wanting to lose at least 25 lbs. I weight 148 now and I am 5'1 so according to my BMI, I am over-weight. I have had two children and ever since my second one, it seems like it is so hard to shake this excess weight. I get discouraged when I don't see changes and that's where I give up. I am hoping to gain support for people on this site!!! Good luck to everyone!:drinker:
