Anybody on here doing an Health Management Resources diet through a medical facilty? I started one yesterday. Was just wondering how it went and how much weight I could expect to lose per week. Thanks,

    There's another post on this so you might want to check it out. I've been on the program and lost 35 pounds. Everyone is different, so you can't compare. I've seen people lose over 100 lbs, but it takes time and committement.
