I really like this application - MYFITNESSPAL! I have it on my Android phone and laptop. It is very easy to use and I find myself addicted to adding my food & exercise everyday.

I am not looking to lose alot of weight. Anywhere from 10 - 15 pounds. What I want is a 6 pack. My goal is just that. Also to run in the Broad Street run in Philadelphia in May. It's 10 miles. I have done 5K's and did OK. In addition, to do a half marathon and a half tri-athalon. That is my motivation.

This application absolutly assists in counting calories. I believe that is the basis for any weight loss or in some cases tracking intake for more rigorous exercise.
