Oh yes! I did the Lighter Life diet and suffered the first 10 days with awful headaches and tiredness. That wouldn't have been so bad, but 3 years later and I put the 6 stone all back on again. So this time, I am doing the Herbalife diet, because I like the idea of the shakes - suits my lifestyle, and then 1 good meal in the evening. This time 20 days in and no headaches, good energy levels and losing weight - yeah!
With any diet you do need to drink loads of water. Are you drinking enough?0 -
A neighbor gave me a lot of Cambridge Nutrition for Life canisters of powdered food. I received items such as vanilla, egg nog, strawberry, tomato, potato, mushroom, super oats. I have been looking on youtube and on the internet for more information on this diet. It seems extreme, a starvation diet, but people really get great results! I have not enjoyed what I have tasted so far, but hope to learn how to make these items more palatable. It is good to see you gals also have used this program. I look forward to learning from you!0

Sorry to hear you have not enjoyed your shakes. I have to say the ones I make are delicous and nutritious. I am not sure what you can buy in the States, but I guess you would have something similar - i.e. Soya milk etc..
Have a look at my food diary and you can see what I make my shakes with. You will also be able to see the amount of nutrition I am having in them.
Sorry to read about your fibromyalgia. I was exhibiiting my natural health products at the UK Fibromyalgia event last year and have been invited back this year as the delegates were so impressed with the results I was able to demonstrate. We followed up clients upto 4 days later and some were still pain free after just a few minutes of treatment. Amazing.0
