Nice to be here, thanks for having me!

I'm a 28-year-old who's looking to slim down a bit. I recently moved to the downtown area of my city and had a plan to walk a lot more-- which hasn't always happened. I'm making a concerted effort to walk halfway to work at least 3-5 times a week (it's about a 2 mile walk in total) with the hope to walk the whole way a couple of times a week by Spring (the snow and sludge makes it a pretty tough go right now!)

I've never been an exerciser or dieter, and I doubt I'll ever be wholly into it, but I'm looking forward to making better eating choices and moving more in my daily life.

This seems to be a great website, full of super information and a friendly community. Looking forward to being a part of the group!
