I am 45 years old and will probably never have a 24 inch waist again. But I would be very happy with 40-28-320

Jackie you have done awesome too! I really try hard to make the inches melt opposed to the pounds. I am really trying to exercise to build muscle (however much that should be for a 45 yr old woman LOL) I really love this web site! Keep up the great work, you are almost at your goal.:bigsmile:0 -
37-27-39. I am 5'9"... would like to get that waist measurement down at least one more inch :P0

Yeah, we do look pretty similar in inches! Up until 3 years ago I still pretty much had no curves..but all my measurements were around 32/26/28...I'd love to get down to that sort of size again (altho I wouldn't say no to some curves to go with the small waist!)0 -

32-26.5-33
Not too bad seeing as though I have 4 kids. hope to eventually be at 32-24-32. We'll see what happens!0 -

What does my waist measurement mean?
The waist measurements below3 (no matter what your height is) suggest you have an increased risk of developing a chronic disease:
Increased risk
- Men: more than 94 centimetres (37 inches)
- Women: more than 80 centimetres (31.5)
Greatly increased risk
- Men: more than 102 centimetres (40.2 inches)
- Women: more than 88 centimetres (34.6 inches)
NOTE: These are World Health Organisation and National Health & Medical Research Council figures.
