I am not feeling the gym tonight and i want to mix it up so i was thinking about trying a cardio workout that is on exercise on demand..but what would i put it under when doing my journal? and how many calories do you think i would burn

That's pretty vague. Depending on what you choose. You many choose something low impact aerobic style or something more intense and would use high impact. Most people would recommend using a heart rate monitor for your calorie burn. What ever you choose, the length of the workout, your age, weight and sex would be different from anybody else on the msg board.0
