Blood, Sweat 50 lbs

Hi everyone. I'm here as recommended by a regular user to compliment my journey to a healthier life. I blog daily to document my adventure, but as an additional motivator, I look forward to learning from all of you who have been successful and who can help me when I go through a rough patch (or 40).

8 yrs ago I lost 40 lbs on WW with very little exercise. This time, I want to lose that same 40 + another 18 more but with lots of exercise. Particularly via yoga, walking, turbojam/fire and hopefully running. No WW this time, just smarter food choices.
