High Protein, Low Calorie

Ok, Doctor said to eat lots of protein cause I was feeling hungry all the time, but i need something low in calories too. Suggestions?

    I eat a can of tuna packed in water and get 33 g protein with only 100 cal.

    I love low fat cottage cheese. I can not stomach Fat Free cottage cheese, but the low fat cottage cheese with an apple really will help me get through the day.

    optimum nutrition protein powder is only 130 cal per servings, 24 g protein and keeps you full while tasting good. I also eat greek yougrt, cheese, eggs, hummus, granola, and quiona as a vegetarian so its do able and does give you energy!
