I have lost weight 4lbs pound in less a week. I have watched my food really well but no exercise. II am eating the 1200 calories per day. Allot of water. lost weight. why?

because your calories are set for a deficit of what you need to survive. Hence less cals in = weight loss.0

I have been eating 1200 calories only. Not working out so I cant eat my calories.0

Because most of weight loss is nutrition.
I know a member here who hardly "works out" and has lost over 40 lbs.0 -
