Not quite sure how this all works as I am used to doing WW and when you had Points left over at the end of the day then I would know what to eat for that point value. I have calories left but zero fat left so what can I have? Fruit?? Or do I just watch the calories and not worry about the fat?? and Carbs? Thanks for your help in advance.

Not sure how much you have over, but veggies are a good place to start. Fruit can help too if there are a lot left - they tend to be higher in calories.

I say not to worry too much about the fat. Eating fat, doesn't make you fat unless you eat an excessive amount of it and don't burn it off. Anything in excess in your body will be stored as fat. So, worry more about the calories :)

    Good luck!
  • i am usually exactly the opposite: all used up on carbs and protein and just fat and calories left over LOL... Ummmm hmmm .... no thanks ;)

I NEVER hit my fat target... not even by a long shot!
