Lose Weight

Ok this program says I have to eat 1200 calories a day, which I must say is usually hard for me to do. I don't eat that much and when I see I haven't met my goal for the day (like most of the week) I am frustrated. Anyway, if I am eating 1200 calories a day, how many calories do i have to burn to lose weight?

Just keep you net calories at 1200 and you will lose a pound or a little over a week :]0

Are you recording what you eat... making sure to measure or weigh servings? Are you drinking water? I would just add exercise if you are doing all these things... try to do a hour work out a day of some sort.0

A pound of fat is 3500 calories so you have to burn 3500 calories more than you consume to lose one pound.0
