Good mornining all!
Weight in at 251.6. so it a loss YAY!!!! Need to start moving again. Plan to start the shred over next week. Also plan to sart walking again, kinda let everything go exercise this week. Kelly LOVE to so a challage. I am not sure if anyone remember this but Kelly I know will. Back when we did the 200 sit up program challage so anyone want to do this. You do this 3 times a week. I posted week one. the web site is 200 situps.com if you want to look at it. I bombed the test so I will be in the 10 sit up section LOL.

Well it just an idea it a six week program. they have other like a squats, pull ups, push ups. I def want to do the squat one but one at a time. Because if I learned anything over the last two years doing to many new things will only discourage u sooner. Or we could do a stair program. Hi folks -- it's me again....
Down this week 2lbs plus. Although wii fit is still telling me I'm obese. Body fat went down some too.
Jacque for my military fitness test, in 1 minute, I need to do 41 sit-ups. This is not a problem for me.
Getting the waist measurement is....perhaps the kickboxing will help.

Well I totally forgot to get on scale before I had my breakfast so I will do it tomorrow morning. Did not eat very well yesterday but was very very busy at both jobs. It is snowing again and we are getting another 6-8 inches.
Wow everyone is doing great. I can do some sit ups so I would love to join the challenge but cant do 200. I will start doing them before bed. I also want to do some arm exercises with my weights before bed too. that is my challenge for this week and try to walk home from second job at least 3 times this week to get started.

Barb ~ good goin'...down 2+ ~ woot woot:drinker: I bet you anything you get a good ab/core workout with kickboxing!! I saw on GMA this am that doin' the 'twist' for about 5 minute a day helps core too. Gosh, that's something I can do during commercials or tv....annnnd, when I am bored and waiting.... maybe in the isle of my bus!!:bigsmile:
Cindy ~ I think the East coast is leadin' snow fall's this winter. Each day that goes by gets us one day closer to Spring and hopefully better weather! You're doing soo good with everything here! keep at it!

yeah, I am going full force with my routine, but I know I can do it. I did it last summer. Every time I stop my activity, my whole world falls apart. Seriously, this is the hardest thing for me to change. I just need to do it and not make excuses. I have the time, just need to make it a priority. So, I did my stretch and tone. WHOA. If there is only exercise I stick with the rest of my life, it has to be this one. Yes, it's an oldie, but I get the best results with this one. I have tried to find it on DVD, but no luck. Hope my vcr doesn't eat it.... Anyway, had to modify most of the shoulder movements, but I had other pains during and I just kept going. I really like how this stretches my muscles and tones my body. Amazing!

It's Monday!!! nah that didn't help :laugh:
Well saturday was in bed all day with my stomach again. so didn't eat much which is good. got no activity in which was bad,
Sunday was a little better, had nursey duty at church so that was fun. Sat around most of the day and did some housework and laundry. Ate enought to make up from Saturday which was not good. Need to get focus for this week.
Co worker and i are going to so stairs starting today, which is good due to rain will def keep me from walking today. Going to try will hard to be good eating wise. Have not done sit ups for today will do on lunch break or when I get home.

Hi all.... didn't workout over the weekend. Spendt over $1200 & 6 hours at the car dealer on Saturday. Didn't know how expensive the 30K mile service was -- and add 4 new tires.... Sigh.
Sunday had friends over for brunch. Friends brought over a carrot quiche. Pretty tasty....
Plan to jog 1 or 1.5 mile today. It's cold here.. single digits..... yuck.

ok, so I don't think I will be doing WATP 2 mile anymore. It is not getting my heart rate up at all. will definitely be sore tomorrow from doing weighted ball workout today....hamstring, thigh, gluts, abs. Had to modify shoulder again.
Jacque...I remember doing the stairs one time and my heart was pounding so hard too...I thought it was goin to burst out of my chest! It will get easier each time!! Stairs are a good workout! sorry to hear you were ill over the weekend...glad you're feeling better!
Barb ~ sounds like you had a fun weekend. I swear a car costs just as much as a kid! hope you get that jog in...dress warm!

Just checking in really quick. Last two days have been crazy. Late for work two days in a row because of subway and once you are late no time to get a headstart. Second job crazy too. Doing ok on food, no exercise but lots of running around.

Well really wanted to get up and walk before work...but could not drag myself out of bed. So def have to do it tonight after work. Sinus headache is keeping me sluggish today. Trying to drink more water to help the sinuses hope it helps. how is everyone else doing? ate a bagel for breakfast not the smartest thing but woke up to late to make it before work. Well doing ok fighting off snack basket today, aunt flow decided to show up a week early :grumble: For some reason I just want to eat everything today so going to be a really long day. We got a little more snow this morning which made my commute 2 hours. Tomorrow night we are getting another snow storm not that we have any where to put it, my yard is overflowing :laugh:

Both Cindy & Barb, I have been on the verge of a binge today as well....had just over a serving of kettle chips. trying hard to control myself. I *have* been feeling better since eating healthier...tummy bloat is down a little. Been tired most of today...we need some sunshine here. Bus had a coolant leak this am..confronted my sup about his lie. He tried to deny it ALL. sorry, got ya this time. He was ever so nice to me...he even washed my bus outside in 20* temp. Been working on taxes today. I have Dr. appt tomorrow., then I will be getting a few groceries. Need to get my blood work done too in the next week. Since I am back to walking, I am logging miles again to Jacque.:bigsmile: oh, and when I did my stretch and tone today, I was surprised at how much easier it was...even my bum shoulder.:happy:

I'm floating over here .... well, not really in the snow... allow me to rephrase.... I'm taking frequent breaks now.
Been trying to do the water thing. I was doing ok w/40 oz... sometimes got 60oz in. And this is on top of other beverages (hot tea, diet soda, etc)
Yesterday, I must have been thirsty... did 80oz of water, 24 oz of hot tea, 5 oz of diet soda (before I knocked over the can & spilled the rest) and 2 glasses of red wine. (Unsure how many oz of wine - cuz the glasses were VERY FULL).
Been at the office for 2 hrs now and 20oz of water is done.
Due to the weather, I postponed my "free trial" kickboxing class tonight to Thursday. If Thursday driving conditions are bad, I'll do the Friday morning.... I'm off on Friday so this works.

mornin' friends. :flowerforyou: almost forgot I am dog-sitting today, til tomorrow for my folks. this dog is 2+ yrs old, and still not house trained. does stress me as I have to confine her. and then for no reason she goes into this screeching, carrying on fit that sounds like a woman screaming for dear life. parents think it's cute. NO I don't enjoy this dog. my younger pug, Lily has already stepped into the visiting dogs bed and taken her toys I have Dr appt then getting groceries. thinkin bout getting my hair cut, but maybe just a trim. might let it get long enuf for a spiral perm....been years since I did that. muscles still sore today... hope you're all having a good day. make it count! love ya shgp's0
